These delicious salmon patties come together quickly and are perfect for the air fryer. The Fish You Were Here spice blend truly adds a new taste dimension. This recipe is also great for meal-prep because the patties freeze really well.

  • 12 oz canned salmon
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 tbsp Fish You Were Here Fish Lovers Spice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped dill
  • ¼ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • Fresh butter lettuce leaves

Yogurt Dill Sauce

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Fish You Were Here Fish Lovers Spice Blend
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Directions

  1. In one medium-sized bowl, add the canned salmon.
  2. In another medium-sized bowl, crack the eggs and add in the next 5 ingredients. Mix well and add to the bowl with the salmon.
  3. Gently stir the mixture until combined; add the bread crumbs and gently turn the mixture until it comes together.
  4. Form the mixture into 6 dense patties; spray with olive oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400 ˚F. When ready place the patties inside oil side down; spray the tops with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through.
  7. Make the yogurt dill sauce: combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  8. When the patties are done, transfer to plate with the butter lettuce leaves and add a dollop of the yogurt dill sauce. [instruction-video-1]
