Sample The Mixes

- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 tbsp No Woman No Spice Jamaican Jerk Spice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- olive oil sprayer
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp No Woman No Spice Jamaican Jerk Spice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer (use the wings setting or 400˚F.)
- Pat the chicken wings dry and add them to a bowl; spray with olive oil.
- Add the sea salt and No Woman No Spice blend.
- Toss well and allow to marinate for 15 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Add to air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes tossing 2-3 times as it cooks.
- Make the cooling yogurt dip: In a small bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Add sea salt if needed;refrigerate until the wings are ready and serve together.
