- 2 oz Clever Fox Silver Rum
- 1 ½ oz cider
- ¾ Spice Spice Baby simple syrup (Recipe below)
- 1 thumb ginger, roughly chopped
- dehydrated apple slices for garnish
Directions
- Spice Spice Baby Syrup: 1 tsp Spice Spice Baby Asian 6 Spice, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice, Shake and finely strain into a coupe glass rimmed with sugar and Spice Spice Baby Spice Blend. Enjoy!
