"We used this spice in one of Sam's cooking classes to make a cardamom orange olive oil cake and it was incredible. We learned how to bloom the spice, which made the flavors come alive. I'll be making this over and over again!"

"I love this blend in my pour over coffee. It's so unique, and so easy to use. A teaspoon goes a long way!"

Cardamom Orange Olive Oil Cake

zest of both worlds zest of both worlds refill

A tender, golden olive oil cake built on one simple trick: blooming Zest of Both Worlds in warm olive oil before it ever meets the batter. That single step carries the cardamom and orange into every crumb, and the sugared top bakes into a crust that crackles under the fork.
