  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz goat cheese, marinated in olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Let the Good Thymes Roll Italian Spice Blend
  • 2 tbsp reserved olive oil from the goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp hot honey

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
  2. In a shallow baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Nestle small chunks of the marinated goat cheese among the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of the reserved olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with Let the Good Thymes Roll spice blend.
  6. Drizzle the hot honey evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
