HERE COMES THE YUM TURMERIC GINGER HUMMUS
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp Healthy On You® Here Comes the Yum Turmeric Ginger Spice Blend
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 4 cloves garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper for taste
- cold water (add in tbsp by tbsp until desired consistency is reached)
- extra virgin olive oil (for garnish)
- Healthy On You® You’re So Spain, Savory Spanish Spice (for garnish)
PROVENCE YOU’VE BEEN GONE BEET HUMMUS
- 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium red beet, cooked and quartered
- 2 tbsp tahini
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Healthy On You®Provence You’ve Been Gone Herbes de Provence
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper for taste
- cubed beets (for garnish)
- extra virgin olive oil (for garnish)
LET THE GOOD THYMES ROLL PESTO HUMMUS
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- ½ cup basil, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Healthy On You® Let the Good Thymes Roll Italian Spice Blend
- pine nuts (for garnish)
- basil (for garnish)
Directions
FOR THE HERE COMES THE YUM TURMERIC GINGER HUMMUS
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients (besides water).
- Add cold water by tbsp as necessary until desired consistency is reached. Hummus should be of smooth consistency.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and a few sprinkles of You're So Spain.
FOR THE PROVENCE YOU'VE BEEN GONE BEET HUMMUS
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until the hummus is smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, a few sprinkles of Provence You’ve Been Gone and a few cubed beets.
LET THE GOOD THYMES ROLL PESTO HUMMUS
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until the hummus is smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, a few sprinkles of Let the Good Thymes Roll, a few pine nuts and basil leaves.
