  • 2 medium Japanese sweet potatoes, cut in half then into wedges or thick match sticks.
  • 1 tsp Spice Spice Baby Asian 6 Spice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp flavorless oil (grape seed or canola)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F and prepare a 13x9 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add the oils, Spice Spice Baby spice blend, sesame seeds and sea salt. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the potato wedges and coat with the oil.
  4. Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet and add to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes then turn to bake on the other side for 10 additional minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions.
  6. Serve with a pre-made tahini dipping sauce.
