You're So Spain Refill
Savory Spanish Blend

- 2 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp You’re So Spain Savory Spanish Spice
- 4–5 jarred sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 tbsp reserved oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3–4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2–3 ice cubes
- olive oil, for garnish
Directions
- In a food processor, combine the beans, You’re So Spain spice blend, sun-dried tomatoes, reserved oil, garlic, basil, tomato paste, sea salt, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
- Process for about 20 seconds, then add the ice cubes one at a time, blending until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and a pinch of You’re So Spain spice blend.
- Serve with fresh bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
